JOIN A CLEANUP
The Parley Global Cleanup Network works to protect marine environments from plastic pollution and other threats. Working in countries ranging from Australia to Argentina, we organize weekly events to intercept plastic waste from beaches, remote islands, rivers, mangroves and high seas, and collect ocean-bound plastics in coastal communities. Together with global partners, we respond to plastic emergencies, raise awareness, and develop and implement programs that can help end the cycle of pollution long-term. Make sure to sign up for Run For The Oceans 2022 if you haven’t already. From 23 May to World Oceans Day on 8 June, every 10 minutes logged on the adidas Runtastic app empowers Parley to clean up the equivalent weight of one plastic bottle from beaches, remote islands and coastlines before it reaches the ocean (up to a maximum of 250,000kg).
