Parley Talks: Diego Luna, World Oceans Day 2017

“I don’t want to leave a better world for my children. I want to live in that better world with my children.”
Diego Luna
Actor and director Diego Luna spoke during a special event co-produced by Parley to commemorate World Oceans Day 2017 at the United Nations Headquarters in new York. Motivated by his experiences on a Corona x Parley Ocean School trip in the Maldives, Diego is committed to creating change for the oceans cause.
The three-hour World Oceans Day event set a tone of unity and hope for the future of the oceans as speakers from across different backgrounds, ages, and areas of expertise emphasized the urgent need for action. The overarching message: We need to make peace with our life support system. And we're strongest when we work together.
